From the Brea hills to every Orange County city line

Brea is where we are based, at the north edge of the county where the Puente and Chino Hills come down to the flats, and the phone covers Orange County from end to end. Seven places get a dedicated page: Brea and the six cities closest to it. The rest are shaded on the county map and listed in the index below, and a call from any of them gets the same 24-hour emergency response.

From Brea, CA, SoCal Emergency Plumbing Brea keeps one phone line open for the whole county, around the clock. Calls are routed by distance among our 10 locations: Brea and Fullerton in the north, Orange and Irvine in the middle, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach near the coast, and Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and Dana Point in the south. The one nearest your address sends the plumber.

The seven places with a page here were not built in one era. By Census count the typical home in Buena Park dates from 1965 and the typical home in Yorba Linda from 1984, and the share of homes older than 1980 runs from 39 percent in Yorba Linda to 82 percent in Villa Park. Brea lands in between, at 1978. Its tracts from the 1950s through the 1970s around downtown and the mall still carry aging copper or galvanized supply lines over cast iron drains and clay sewer laterals, while Olinda Ranch, Blackstone and La Floresta on the hillsides run PEX to tankless heaters and recirculation pumps. A drip under a sink in one of those houses is seldom the same repair as in the other.

Each of the seven pages gives its ZIP codes, its Census housing figures, who supplies the water and the repairs that come up most: Brea, Placentia, La Habra, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Villa Park and Buena Park. Orange County counts 34 cities and 5 unincorporated communities. All the others are served in exactly the same way; they just have no page. Phone from any of them and we will tell you which location is closest to you.

Some rules travel with us to every address. You get the price on paper and say yes to it before a tool comes out, the work falls under our C-36 plumbing license, and the CSLB keeps our $25,000 contractor bond on record. Finished repairs come with a written workmanship warranty.

Orange County, one outline per place

Every outline is a place we serve. The seven filled in a deeper shade link to a page of their own; the others appear in the list beneath the map and receive identical work. Distance decides which of our 10 company locations sends the plumber.

From call to repair

Four steps from the first ring to a finished job

  1. 1

    Ring the line

Call, or leave the form on this site. Whether it is noon or 3 a.m., the voice that picks up belongs to a person.

  2. 2

    Agree on a visit

The appointment time is yours to choose. Water still on the move turns the booking into an emergency.

  3. 3

    Diagnosis on paper

Once the plumber has found the failure, the price goes down in writing. No wall comes open and no part is swapped before your yes.

  4. 4

    Proof, then cleanup

The fix is run in front of you, the floor gets wiped, and the worn parts go out with the plumber.

A leak right now

The phone is picked up at any hour, all year.

Before anything else, close the main valve. Many Brea houses have it at the spot where the supply pipe comes into the house; in others it is in the curbside meter box. After that, phone us and stay on the line for next steps while the nearest location gets a plumber moving toward you.
